These handy capsules are quick and easy to take: you need two per day for the first month to boost your glutathione levels, then one per day for maintenance. They can be taken with or without food.
Ingredients: S-Acetyl-Glutathione, rice flour, medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, Coating Agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell)

Recommended daily dose: Month 1: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening 15 minutes before bed. Month 2 & ongoing: Take 1 capsule in the morning. Directions: Swallow capsule with water. Can be taken with or without food.
